Black Girls Hike aims to decrease chronic illnesses within the BIPOC community. We emphasize healing in nature and provide alternative ways to improve mental and physical health.

Yoga I

Reboot and rebuild with a series of holding postures that focus on stretching and breathing with Black Girls Hike! This beginner-friendly class, is designed to alleviate soreness, work the connective tissues in your body and give your mind a well-deserved moment of reflection
